Most news products fail. And most do so very unspectacularly. They die quietly in the background, and we move on too quickly. However, a “failed” launch isn’t a dead end; it’s data. Finding out why can be the most successful outcome of a project’s lifecycle.
Three product developers share and discuss the mechanics of failure: How do you document it? How do you communicate it to stakeholders? And how do you ensure the organisation learns from it?
A celebration of the instructional value of the things that went wrong.
