Le parole di Libro del Qoelet attraversano i secoli con una lucidità disarmante. Qoelet osserva la vita “sotto il sole” e ne coglie il ritmo fragile: nascere e morire, costruire e demolire, piangere e ridere. Nulla sembra trattenibile per sempre, nulla definitivamente nostro. In un tempo che promette accumulo, velocità e controllo, la voce sapienziale di Qoelet invita a una sosta radicale. Non per cedere al nichilismo, ma per riconoscere il limite come condizione della gioia possibile. «C’è un tempo per ogni cosa» (Qo 3,1): la meditazione si muoverà dentro questa consapevolezza, accompagnando i partecipanti in un percorso di ascolto, silenzio e parola essenziale. Qoelet non offre risposte consolatorie, ma educa a uno sguardo disincantato e insieme grato: accogliere ciò che accade, gustare il bene quotidiano, riconoscere che il senso non si possiede ma si riceve. Il limite del tempo — che tutto consuma — diventa così il luogo in cui imparare la misura, la sobrietà, la profondità. Un evento meditativo per sostare sulle domande che abitano ogni esistenza: cosa rimane di ciò che facciamo? Dove cercare la felicità? E come vivere pienamente proprio perché il tempo non è infinito?
