A partire dal volume di recente uscita scritto da Fabio Mugnaini Al tempo delle feste. Etnografia del festivo in Toscana (2024, Pacini, Pisa), si sviluppa un laboratorio fatto di immagini, suoni, emozioni e riflessioni intorno alle pratiche e ai saperi e alle abilità tecniche che vengono messe in campo ogni volta che si rievoca in modo spettacolare il passato. Attraverso un percorso nell'antropologia delle feste, in Toscana e altrove, e attraverso lo svelamento di alcune tecniche della ricerca etnografica, i partecipanti al laboratorio/incontro saranno invitati a dialogare sul ruolo della festa come meccanismo rituale produttore di senso, di cultura materiale, di linguaggi locali che si pongono in una relazione dialettica con le retoriche e le politiche dell'identità e del patrimonio culturale. Il laboratorio/incontro sarà condotto da Francesco Zanotelli, antropologo dell'Università di Firenze, e vedrà la partecipazione di Fabio Mugnaini, antropologo dell'Università di Siena e di Dario Nardini, antropologo dell' Università di Padova e autore di Il Calcio storico fiorentino. La rievocazione tra patrimonio e "identità".
