Che cos’è il silenzio? Spazio vuoto fra le parole e fra i suoni, può fare paura o può essere “non detto” che si frappone fra noi e gli altri. Ma se ci autorizziamo ad accoglierlo senza “riempirlo”, il silenzio può essere possibilità di contatto autentico, di connessione che va al di là delle parole. Usando la metodologia dello Psicodramma classico, esploriamo i diversi significati del silenzio nella nostra esperienza e nelle nostre emozioni.
Non sono richieste competenze preliminari. Si consigliano abiti comodi.
Caterina Di Chio, psicoterapeuta, psicodrammatista moreniana e Practitioner EMDR, è didatta della scuola di psicoterapia “Studio di Psicodramma” e psicologa clinica presso lo Studio Amae di Torino.
Cristina Vargas, antropologa e psicologa, è direttrice scientifica della Fondazione Fabretti ONLUS e ricercatrice del Laboratorio dei Diritti Fondamentali del Collegio Carlo Alberto di Torino). Fa inoltre parte dell’equipe dello Studio AMAE, dove si occupa di percorsi di sostegno psicologico e psicoterapeutico.
