Instead of success stories and best practices, this session is about the things that haven't worked out in recent years - and why. Which projects promised more than they delivered? Which ideas failed due to practical hurdles or were overtaken by reality? This session offers a rare opportunity to learn from the mistakes of others and look at what didn't work with humor and perspective. An honest exchange about setbacks, which often teach more than success.
