Cohort-based learning has emerged as one of the most effective ways newsrooms move from curiosity to confident AI adoption. This session examines how shared learning, peer support and structured coaching accelerate experimentation across local and global journalism programs.
Attendees will learn why cohorts reduce duplication and risk, what elements matter most when building one and how to start or adapt a low-cost cohort model in their own newsroom or region.
