La cura di sé passa attraverso piccoli gesti da compiere ogni giorno, e che garantiscono risultati più efficaci dei grandi propositi occasionali. Attenzioni semplici ma importanti, che, se inserite in una routine, possono gradualmente costruire abitudini che diventano vitali per il nostro benessere e la nostra crescita. Questo laboratorio consente ai partecipanti di individuare pratiche che mettano insieme la meditazione, le attività naturopatiche e le tradizioni orientali come lo yoga. Costituisce dunque un’occasione per fermarsi e dedicarsi una breve momento, nell’arco della giornata, in cui dare la priorità assoluta alla ricerca dell’equilibrio fra corpo e psiche.
