a medievalst and assist. prof. at University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Arts, Department for history. He is specialised in social and urban history of the late medieval towns in the Eastern Adriatic. Currently, he is the project leader of the project Urban morphology of Koper/Capodistria in the late Middle Ages. / Medievista e professore presso l’Università di Lubiana, Facoltà di Lettere e Filosofia, Dipartimento di Storia. È specializzato nella storia sociale e urbana delle città tardo-medievali dell’Adriatico orientale. Attualmente è il responsabile del progetto Morfologia urbana di Capodistria nel tardo Medioevo.
