Leader di Auxiell, azienda di consulenza specializzata nella Complete Lean Transformation. Key-note speaker e formatore presso CUOA, Bologna Business School ed altri enti di formazione avanzata sulle tematiche del Lean System. Con Auxiell, opera in realtà industriali italiane ed estere occupandosi, in qualità di Project Manager, in progetti di trasformazioni sia in ambienti operativi che in ambito office, sales e development, di process reengineering, supply chain management, change management, progettazione e dimensionamento di processi industriali e relativi layout, project management, formazione di risorse umane e valutazione di investimenti industriali. Promotore di un approccio sistemico alla Lean Transformation, ha recentemente curato l’edizione italiana di Lean for Sales, pubblicato da Guerini Next, e rivolto a chi opera in ambito sales in organizzazioni di ogni tipologia e settore.
